QUALITY ASSURED PROCESS
The product arrives at our factory from our designated fabricator, where it undergoes a QC check and is organised into plot-specific jobs (both frames and glass).
Our experienced production teams glaze and commission the frames before we apply glass protection.
The windows and doors are then loaded onto plot-specific stillages, banded, shrink-wrapped, and clearly marked with the Plot number and site location.
The frames are stored in our secure compound before being distributed nationwide.
Our CSCS-qualified installation teams arrive on site and install the product on the date agreed between your site team and your designated Glevum contracts manager.
CAVITY CLOSERS
To ensure that structural openings are formed correctly by bricklayers, Glevum offers a full range of cavity closers to suit all types of openings, including check reveal for exposed locations such as Devon and Cornwall.
Working with the major PVCu extruders, we are able to meet Housebuilders' varied requirements, such as a structural closer for door installation.
All cavity closers are delivered to the site marked with the relevant Plot Number and Location to ensure the correct-sized opening is created.
WINDOWS
A full range of window styles is available, including casement, vertical sliding, mock sash, and tilt and turn.
These can be provided in uPVC or aluminium and in almost any colour, using a foil-wrapped or spray-painted product. All windows are manufactured in accordance with current building regulations.
We offer various cill and ventilation options.
All of our products have BFRC certification, which allows them to be incorporated into SAP calculations, helping achieve compliance with Part L and Part O.
DOORS
To help provide a ‘one-stop-shop’, we can supply a range of doors (all manufactured from the same suites as the windows), including entrance doors, french doors, sliding patio doors, and bi-fold doors.
All doors are supplied fully Part Q compliant, with a full range of cill and threshold options available to achieve Part M compliance.
