Our site and technical staff attend pre-start meetings to ensure a ‘Right First Time’ approach. Each site has a dedicated Contracts Manager to help your project run smoothly, from site induction through installation to completion.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Products are delivered directly to the site from our factory to meet the required site call-off dates, instigated via our dedicated online Customer Portal. All deliveries are plot-specific, clearly marked, and securely wrapped, delivered on our new-build-specific delivery vehicles. Recognising that the home occupier is our customer’s customer, we maintain a Customer Care Charter, ensuring full satisfaction.

All installers have full CSCS accreditation, and lead installers are SSSTS qualified. Our Contract Managers hold SMSTS certification. As a company, we hold both ‘SMAS’ and ‘CQMS’ SSIP accreditations, are members of the Glass & Glazing Federation, and hold a Secure By Design license for our wide product range.
